Lip Neutralizing is a specialized service designed for individuals with darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick scale 3-6) for they are born with darker lips. People with darker lips are also born with a darker ring around their lips. Our expert artist uses advanced techniques to neutralize the darker areas providing you with beautifully balanced and naturally toned lips.This pretreatment procedure to lip blushing helps achieve a more even and natural lip color. (Disclaimer: Depending on how dark the ring around the lips are, this procedure might need more than one session to achieve an even toned lip base color.)
