We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional.
For The Love of PMU offers an appointment only basis; we are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment. A minimum 48 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule appointments. Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 48 hrs to reschedule your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the full service charge.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you arrive 20 mins LATE to your scheduled appointment your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged a late fee of 50% of the full service charge.
A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize For The Love of PMU to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy.
*As a courtesy to our clients, For The Love of PMU offers appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. We will collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission.
For The Love of PMU will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. If you are a NO SHOW your appointment, For The Love of PMU will charge a no-show fee of 50% of service.
WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK
If you have any concerns with your results please try to let us know the right after the appointment or, at the latest, let us know within 2 days of initial appointment and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. If you see concerns after the grace period we have to let your brows heal from the initial appointment and all concerns you might have we will definitely try to add/fix during the touch up appointment.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on services unless services unless there is an emergency, cancellation by the professional, or etc.
ALLERGIES If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance. think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request.

NO CHILDREN, PLEASE:
While we love children, we respectfully request NO children under 12 while you are receiving service...This is to ensure that your lip OR brow artist can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment, and that every guest within our spa is not interrupted. It is against health and safety obligations to have children in the spa unsupervised. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion with management your treatment may be refused with full cost owing. We thank you for your consideration, co-operation and understanding.
Touch -Up Appointments:
All clients MUST book a follow up appointment to complete the process and procedure when getting permanent makeup. Follow up- appointments are required to be book within 4-6 weeks after initial appointment. Touch up appointments greatly affect your final results to get the flawless, natural-looking long-term results you will be looking for.
*Results are also based on how well you follow your after care routine!
If you are a new client, must send in a picture of your natural- born eyebrows.
Arriving to your appointment:
Please arrive with 10 minutes to spare for your appointment for you will have to fill out paperwork and maybe visit the restroom. Arriving late to appointments requires your brow artist to shorten your appointment time, so clients following you are not held up. Full fees will still be applicable, therefore, it really is in your best interest & comfort to be on time. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.Do not drink coffee, tea or caffeine based products before arriving for your brow appointment, this will make you fidgety and causes you to bleed more and are more sensitive to pain.

Mobile Phones:
For The Love of PMU requests that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent whilst you visit. We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day, and to not interfere with your therapist or other clients. All guests at For The Love of PMU want to be able to relax and have a relaxing visit, listening to someone else's phone call is disruptive. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Any reactions to any beauty service is not foreseeable by For The Love of PMU skilled & trained staff (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, if reaction were to occur, we kindly ask that you contact 911.
